Is this a paid internship?

This is a contribution-based initiative. While most roles are voluntary (focused on experience and learning), key leadership and high-impact roles are eligible for performance-based pay. It's a meritocracy.

How much time commitment is required?

We value consistency over intensity. A commitment of 5-10 hours per week is ideal for active contributors. We are flexible and understand academic pressures.

Do I need to be an expert to join?

No. We value passion, a willingness to learn, and reliability above all else. This is a place to grow your skills, not just showcase existing ones.

What if my specific skill isn't listed?

Select "Other" in the form and tell us what you're great at in the "Why you want to contribute" section. We are always looking for diverse talents.
